Who I build for
I've worked a busy restaurant floor, so I know most reports get read by people with ten other things to do. That's who I build for. My QSR dashboard starts with the question every shift manager actually asks: when do I need more hands?
Business ↔ tech
At Murickens Trading I was the go-between for the business and the tech team. I learned how each team really worked day to day, then built dashboards with short guides so people could find their own answers instead of waiting on someone.
Where I am now
Now I work in security at AIB. It isn't a data job, but I still can't help noticing patterns. When the same customer questions keep coming up, I write them up for the team who can fix the cause.
